Professor Arul Ramasamy MA MBA PhD FRCS(Tr+Orth) and Mr Joel Humphrey MSc FRCS(Tr+Orth) bring more than 48 years of combined surgical experience, five subspecialty fellowships, over 100 peer-reviewed publications, and leadership roles that shape foot and ankle care at a national level. Professor Ramasamy is the Defence

Humphrey chairs the Clinical Practice Committee of the British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society — the body that sets clinical standards for foot and ankle surgery across the UK. Together, we cover the full spectrum of adult foot and ankle conditions, from sports injuries and complex reconstruction to elective surgery and trauma.
We see over 750 patients each year across our clinic locations — The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes, Three Shires Hospital in Northampton, and Banbury. Our patients include professional athletes and weekend runners, people who have been living with a bunion or arthritic ankle for years, and patients
simply trying to get through the day without pain. Whatever brings you here, you will be seen by a surgeon who has dedicated their entire career to this part of the body.
